TICKETS

 

Can I get a refund
on my ticket?

We have a strict no refund policy.


Does my name need to be on my ticket?

Yes. To ensure the validity of the ticket, we require your name to be on the ticket. At the event, security will check to ensure the name on your ID matches that of your ticket. If you need to change the name on your ticket, please call Oztix on 1300 762 545.

What does the VIP Restaurant package in VIC include?

This package includes exclusive access to the winery restaurant VIP area with your choice of a platter option or plated meal option to order from the limited menu on the concert day. All optioned are based on shared table seating. Also includes private toilets.

Note: No access to VIP deck. Does not include festival access, you must purchase a festival ticket in conjunction with this upgrade.


What does the VIP Deck package in VIC include?

This package includes exclusive access to the Deck VIP area which is a scenic deck over the lake with views of the winery and surrounding valley. This also includes private lounge bar, private toilets and food available for purchase by 400 Gradi.

Note: No access to VIP restaurant. Does not include festival access, you must purchase a festival ticket in conjunction with this upgrade.


What does the VIP Balcony package in NSW include?

This package includes exclusive access to the VIP Balcony area which overlooks the stage, winery and surrounding valley. Also included in this package is a private bar and private toilet facilities.

Note: Does not include festival access, you must purchase a festival ticket in conjunction with this upgrade.


 

GETTING THERE

 

What does the return bus include?

All buses depart towards the event from your selected location at your selected departure time. All buses depart from the event back to the same location at the end of the event from 10pm. We highly recommend purchasing a return bus ticket as it will guarantee your transport to and from the event easily.


I want to change the departure time on my bus, can I do this?

Unfortunately all purchases are final. We do not allow you to change the departure time after purchase.


I’m coming in a private party bus / private van, do I need to pay for a pass?

Yes. You must purchase a 'Private Bus/Van Pass' on the ticketing page.


I'm driving to the event, is there free parking?

Yes and you do not require any car passes.


Can I organise a taxi/uber after the event?

We highly recommend against this. Due to the location of Grapevine, there are not many taxis/ubers available. We recommend purchasing a return bus ticket which will guarantee your transport to and from the event.


Can you camp on site?

No. If you would like to stay the night we recommend looking into local hotels or AirBnb. These book up very quickly though as there are limited options available.


 

AT THE FESTIVAL

 

Is there wheelchair access at Rochford WINES & ROCHE ESTATE?

Yes there is, however, please be mindful that the event is set upon natural terrain and is at times uneven. Grapevine has put provisions in place to best accommodate for people with disabilities, but so we can do our best to meet your needs please email: cheers@grapevinegathering.com.au with any special requirements you may have or for further information.


Do you accept companion cards?

Yes. Please contact: cheers@grapevinegathering.com.au to organise.


What form of ID will I need?

You will need one of the following IDs on arrival and on your person throughout the entire event:

  • Current valid Australian driver’s license (with photograph)

  • Current Passport

  • Government Issued Proof of Age Card

  • Victorian Keypass

  • International Driver’s License (must contain a photograph)


What times do gates open?

Gates open at 12pm.


Will there be cashout facilities on site?

Yes however we highly recommend bringing extra cash with you.


Will there be vegetarian & vegan food options?

Yes, we have an incredible range of high quality food stalls and trucks catering to all dietary requirements.


What items are banned from the festival?

Alcohol, glass (perfume bottles under 100ml are permitted), food, soft drinks, metal cutlery, bottle openers, cans, more than 100ml of liquid (sunscreen, perfume, makeup), hydration packs or bladders, skateboards, milk crates, containers of liquid fuel, water pistols, weapons, illegal drugs, fireworks, fire twirling devices, flares, professional recording devices, laser lights, studded clothing apparel, any other items considered illegal or dangerous, animals, umbrellas, eskys, backpacks larger than an A4 piece of paper, shopping trolleys, camping chairs, deck chairs, bean bags, air beds, tables, tents, sun shades, aerosols.


Will there be bag searches at the front gate?

It is a condition of entry to all Events that a search of person or possessions may be required at the time of entry to the Venue. All bags are subject to a safety & security search upon entry.
Any prohibited items will be confiscated & Rochford Wines will not be responsible for them.


What type of camera can I bring?

You can bring anything from an iPhone to a disposable camera however we do not permit professional cameras of any kind. Any camera with a detachable lens is not permitted.


What medical facilities are available?

There will be full medical facilities available on site from St John’s Ambulance.. Their tent will be easily visible on site. If you have any trouble finding our first aid tents, don’t hesitate to ask one of our friendly staff for assistance.


I have prescription medicines that need to be stored /refrigerated, is this possible?

Yes. Please see our first aid tent immediately after arrival so you can make arrangements for your medication.
