
On arrival at Grapevine, please proceed to the front gates in an orderly manner with your digital ticket ready or printed ticket ready to show volunteers on the gate. If your ticket is on your phone, please ensure you download the ticket or screenshot it before the event as reception on site can be limited.
If you are arriving on a bus please ensure you remember where it has dropped you off so you know where to go at the end of the event.
Grapevine will be selling return bus tickets, departing from Federation Square, Ringwood Station, Frankston Station and Geelong Station.
All buses depart towards Grapevine from your selected location at your selected departure time.
All buses depart from the event back to your selected departure location as they fill up if you'd like to leave early or else at the end of the event from 10pm.

Many partygoers organise a party bus / private van. If you intend on doing this, you will need to purchase a party bus / private van pass. Only one pass is needed per vehicle. Head to the main ticketing page to purchase.
It is also possible to drive in your own car to the festival. There will be free parking available on site.It is also possible to drive in your own car to the festival however there will be limited free parking available on site. There will also be designated pickup and drop off zones.
When driving to site, it is imperitive you following the directions below:
If you plan on traveling by Taxi or Uber, please remain in your vehicle until you arrive at, the designated drop off zone.
It is recommended that you have another form of transport organised for the end of event. Due to the location of Grapevine, there will not be many taxis/Ubers available.

To ensure your day at Grapevine runs smoothly, it is recommended that you bring along:

Alcohol, glass (perfume bottles under 100ml are permitted), food, soft drinks, metal cutlery, bottle openers, cans, more than 100ml of liquid (sunscreen, perfume, makeup), hydration packs or bladders, skateboards, milk crates, containers of liquid fuel, water pistols, weapons, illegal drugs, fireworks, fire twirling devices, flares, professional recording devices, laser lights, studded clothing apparel, any other items considered illegal or dangerous, animals, umbrellas, eskys, backpacks larger than an A4 piece of paper, shopping trolleys, camping chairs, deck chairs, bean bags, air beds, tables, tents, sun shades, aerosols.
Attempting to bring these banned items into the event may result in confiscation or denied entry.

There will be free parking on site.

Grapevine strives to make the event accessible for everyone, however, please be mindful that the event is set upon natural terrain and is at times uneven.

There will be full medical facilities available on site from St John’s Ambulance.. Their tent will be easily visible on site. If you have any trouble finding our first aid tents, don’t hesitate to ask one of our friendly staff for assistance.
