On arrival at Grapevine, please proceed to the front gates in an orderly manner with your digital ticket ready or printed ticket ready to show volunteers on the gate. If your ticket is on your phone, please ensure you download the ticket or screenshot it before the event as reception on site can be limited.
If you are arriving on a bus please ensure you remember where it has dropped you off so you know where to go at the end of the event.
Grapevine Gathering will run a number of bus routes servicing greater Melbourne, charter buses will be departing from the following locations and heading directly to the event.
All charter bus tickets are return trip and guarantee you a seat on a bus to and from the event.
Grapevine Gathering will run shuttle buses to and from Lilydale Station.
These tickets are one way only and can be purchased both online and from the Box Office at the event.
When leaving the event there are very limited rideshare cars and taxis available due to the location of Grapevine Gathering, because of this drivers can charge an inflated amount for fares. Our Grapevine Gathering local shuttle bus can transport you to the closest Melbourne Metro train station for an affordable price where there are more cars available and transportation into the CBD
There is a designated Drop Off/Pickup zone for all ticket holders, located close to the main event entrance.
Upon arrival, cars will be directed to the designated area, it is important to remain in the vehicle until you have reached the Drop Off/Pick Up Zone, this is for your own safety. Please ensure you exit swiftly and do not affect traffic flow.
There is limited parking available onsite should you wish to drive to Grapevine Gathering.
If you are driving to the event you are required to pre purchase a Parking Pass.
Parking Passes are a way for us to monitor how many cars will be arriving at the site and to ensure ahead of time that there is enough parking for ticket holders.
If you are arriving at Grapevine Gathering via a private transfer you will need to purchase a Private Transfer Pass.
Private transfers are classified as privately organised transportation including party buses, limousines, mini buses and vans. Only one Private Transfer Pass is required per vehicle.
When arriving via Rideshare or Taxi your driver will be directed to the designated Drop Off/Pickup zone.
It is important to remain in the vehicle until you have reached the designated area, this is for your own safety. Please ensure you exit swiftly and do not affect traffic flow.
When leaving the event there are very limited rideshare cars and taxis available due to the location of the Grapevine Gathering, we strongly recommend booking ahead of time or arranging an alternate form of transportation home from the event. Our Grapevine Gathering local shuttle bus can transport you to the closest Melbourne Metro train station where there are more cars available.

Grapevine Gathering strives towards inclusivity and ensuring our events are accessible, however, please be mindful that the event is set upon natural terrain and is at times uneven and can be challenging to navigate.

It is important to stay hydrated, take care of yourself and look out for one other.
We have a zero tolerance policy towards antisocial behaviour, if you see a situation that makes you uncomfortable please report this immediately to one of our staff members, security, police or first aid.
If at any point throughout the event you feel unwell or require medical attention please visit the medical tent. The medical tent is a judgement free zone with trained staff who can assist you with any issues you may have.
Any lost items are held by the venue, if you have lost an item at Grapevine Gathering please reach out to the venue directly.
GRAPEVINE GATHERING COVID INFORMATION – NATIONAL EVENT
Grapevine Gathering regards the safety of all those who attend our festival as our number one priority. Grapevine Gathering will occur in a COVID safe manner and follow all advice provided by each state government health authority.
COVID-19 At the Event
Whilst attending Grapevine Gathering, all patrons, staff and contractors will be required to adhere to all state health directives as well as all local, state and federal laws.
COVID-19 Related Postponement
If, due to increased government restrictions, the event cannot take place as planned, it will not be cancelled. It will be rescheduled, a date will be announced at the time of postponement, if required.
COVID-19 Related Capacity Reduction
Grapevine Gathering has been planned with the best health advice available at the time. If we are required to reduce capacity, the following will occur.

We acknowledge the incredible and critical importance of ensuring the health and safety of all attendees and the broader public, and the event will proceed only if there is complete confidence it is safe to do so. Grapevine Gathering is in regular communications with the relevant local and state authorities and COVID-19 Safety Plans have been prepared for each individual city.
All events will be compliant with directions of each state’s Health Department. We can assure you that we are committed to meeting the highest level of health and safety protocols for the duration of your experience from arrival to departure. Should any of the events be unable to proceed on the original advertised date, they will be moved to their respective planned backup dates.
Due to COVID 19, some restrictions or impositions may be forced upon us at the last minute. This could include things like the seating arrangements, limitations to queues, items that can and cannot be brought into the venue, social distancing measures, time changes, artist changes and so on.
